Mirko Tritella, a natural person, runs this site. www.parliamentrag.it is the website of ParliamentRAG, a non-commercial research project. Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca is the project's address and does not run the site.

By using the site you accept these terms.

The Italian Chamber of Deputies and Senate do not run ParliamentRAG, do not endorse it and do not fund it.

Chamber data comes from dati.camera.it, which publishes it under the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence. Senate data comes from dati.senato.it, which publishes it under the CC BY 3.0 licence. If you reuse the data, credit the Chamber of Deputies or the Senate of the Republic as the source and respect each licence.

The service is free. To keep it available to everyone we may apply usage limits, for example a maximum number of requests per hour and per day.

You may not download content in bulk with automated programs or get around the limits. If you need automated access, ask for an API token at contatti@parliamentrag.it.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

You must be at least 14 years old to use ParliamentRAG.

We offer the service as it is. We do not guarantee that it is always available, complete or accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages or for decisions made on the basis of the site's content.

Italian law governs these terms. This does not affect the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
